I started this class because I have a passion for dance, fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I teach ballet, jazz, hip hop and lyrical in various studios around LA and have taken bits and pieces of each to create the perfect dance workout. This dance class is open to ALL levels. Basic to little dance experience is needed and is for Adults 18+ who want to strengthen their core and flexibility through learning the technical aspect to basic-beginning dance!
Whether you danced a little when you were young, danced all the way through your teens, are still going strong, or have no idea what the heck a pas de bourree is, this class is designed for any adult seeking the wonderful benefits of a real ballet workout--regardless of experience. Come out and try something new, or revisit the basics to improve your current technical level. You'll get the satisfaction you deserve through dance and a laid back respectful environment.
This is an open group and all fitness levels are welcome. We will have weekly Meet Ups to try new types of workouts and meet new friends. Generally, the workouts will be something outside of the box that will help you to see that working out isn’t a chore but actually something fun to look forward to.
